Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid consultations may be rescheduled or canceled with at least [CANCELLATION_NOTICE_HOURS] hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made after that window, or missed appointments, may not be refundable.

Refunds for consulting engagements are evaluated based on hours worked, deliverables completed, and time reserved on our schedule at the point of cancellation, consistent with the signed agreement.

Refunds for branding and design projects are based on the design work completed, concepts delivered, and any client-approved milestones reached prior to cancellation.

Refunds for website projects are based on development milestones completed, pages built, and any third-party services or licenses already purchased on the client's behalf.

Deposits secure project scheduling and cover initial planning work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by the applicable agreement or law.

Amounts already paid to third parties on a client's behalf, such as domain registration, hosting, stock assets, or software licenses, are generally non-refundable regardless of project cancellation.

Clients may cancel a project by written notice. Refunds, if any, will be calculated based on completed work, reserved time, and approved milestones as described above.

If we cancel a project or consultation for reasons within our control, we will provide a refund or credit for fees paid for services not yet rendered.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kairosdevworks.online within [REFUND_REQUEST_WINDOW_DAYS] days of the applicable charge. We will review each request individually against completed work and the signed agreement.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
